A Walk in the Park

David and I have done lots of talking about what more we can do to help others while teaching Kirstyn valuable lessons and well, while having some fun. I think we found the perfect event for our family to participate! On Sept 6th we will be part of Six Flags "A Walk In The Park" to raise money to cure kids cancer! I am excited to be walking and trying to raise some money and I also have to say that I am very thankful that I am not walking for any specific child, just for all of the children that are affected by this horrible disease!

Now, David and I tend to be very competitive when we make up our minds to do something like this... See, since David is also walking, he is supposed to raise money too. We now have a little contest going to see if I can get more $$$ from the blogging world or if he can get more money from his many friends on Facebook and MySpace. Please help me win!!!
